The ATERRA HOLDING s.r.o. Group is a medium-sized consulting firm with a complete portfolio of consulting and professional services, ranging from accounting through strategic business consulting to digital transformation of companies.
In addition to the main, general segments of advisory services, Aterra specifically focuses on ESG (non-financial reporting), NIS2 (cyber law applications) and M&A (including Mergers & Acquisitions) advisory services.
The group was founded by Jan Vyskočil in 1998. Although the growth of the holding has brought many necessary changes, the Group has managed to maintain an informal, family atmosphere in which clients and consultants alike are comfortable working.

Unlike the big consultancy houses, you won't find junior consultants here. We preferred the pleasant environment of an apartment building with a garden to a glass open space overlooking the city. And we don't create complex and graphically demanding presentations of the results of our work.
At Aterra, each client is "in charge" of one of our experienced consultants. This person takes over all assignments, manages their processing by internal resources and the timely delivery of the work, so he often plays the role of a "friend on the phone".
Thanks to this, we manage not to lose track of all the contexts that can positively or negatively affect the client's business. When necessary, we connect specialists on the Aterra side with specialists on the client side. We interpret complex spreadsheets and draw when explaining difficult procedures.
We use functional and effective methods, tested in our own holding environment. We work together to drive growth, development, transformation, remove growth blocks and solve vexing problems.
Functional information filter
In times of information smog, we also play the role of an "information filter" for our clients. We monitor, sort and process changes in the field of law, tax and related topics and send the necessary selections to our clients well in advance - so that they can prepare themselves in a convenient and timely manner.
Strengthening internal resources
We do not compete with internal resources on the client side. We do not replace employees or stakeholders. Rather, our role can be described as an "additional engine" or an "additional rescue parachute". We expand and enrich the potential and industry scope of internal staff. We leverage their specific industry and environmental knowledge as well as their work experience. As a result, we can accelerate most projects very quickly or, on the contrary, slow down the fall and ensure a pleasant landing.


I see Attera within Greativity as the "engine" of the whole group. We try to help our sister companies with accounting and process optimization, but also with the creation of business plans. At the same time, we are fortunate to be able to try out some innovative practices on our "home turf" before applying them to other customers.
