Divadlo NES8, z.ú. has only recently entered the big stage of Prague's theatres with a clear mission: to offer a space for the realisation of emerging artists who often face limited opportunities on larger stages, and at the same time to provide support to talented theatre artists at the beginning of their careers.

The premiere of the company took place on 30 September 2023 at its home stage - the Sen Theatre in the Rosa Residence.

The first emerging star that Divadlo NES8, z.ú. introduced is Marie Rezlerová. This talented twenty-year-old actress and singer made her debut here as the author and director of her own theatre piece called "Casting". This piece, set in a rehearsal and audition environment, shows the unique way the stresses and challenges actors face in hopes of landing their dream role. But she was far from the only young performer to receive great applause in the production.

The theatre company plans not only more innovative and stimulating productions, but also collaborations with other smaller companies and artists. Together, its goal is to enrich and expand Prague's theatre culture and bring new perspectives.
