Acquisitions 2015

PRAGO-ANORG

PRAGO-ANORG develops advanced inorganic materials based on geopolymer matrices with selected chemical element nuclei. These materials provide protection against a wide range of radioactive radiation and have prospects for ballistic protection.

Advanced ionizing radiation shielding materials represent a paradigm shift in the field. They do not require sophisticated manufacturing processes or technologies and are therefore significantly more affordable.

Specifications:

Special inorganic shielding materials, produced by dry compounding or casting aqueous suspensions, are suitable for protection against a wide range of ionizing radiation groups.

  • Environmentally friendly, without radionuclide activation
  • Specific gravity 1.2 - 3.8 g/cm3
  • Non-flammable, fire resistant
  • Recyclable without negative environmental impact

Usability:

  • nuclear power plants
  • small modular reactors
  • all sizes and types of radioactive radiation shields
  • Critical State Infrastructure
  • military facilities and mobile military workplaces
  • objects and mobile workplaces of IZS units

We are looking for partners for further growth

  • Strategic partnerships for technology development, production, testing and deployment
  • Defence, energy, research and civil protection customers
  • Possibility of cooperation within grant programmes and technology consortia

From the beginning, we were looking for a solution that would not depend on complex manufacturing processes or demanding technologies. This has allowed us to develop materials that are not only effective and stable, but also significantly more affordable in terms of production and application costs. As a result, modern shading technologies can reach places that were previously out of reach.
