Diavita
The acquisition of the DIAVITA plant in Pardubice from T-STRING was completed by NeraAgro s.r.o. from the GREATIVITY GROUP, SE in April 2021. DIAVITA is a traditional producer of syrups and petroleum jelly, while NeraAgro is a traditional chemist building on the rich history of chemical production in Neratovice. The merger of the brands strengthens the production base of NeraAgro, which continues to strengthen its product range beyond its original "agro" focus. By purchasing Diavita, NeraAgro has also returned to traditional sweetener production, which it had discontinued in the past.
Diavita is an innovative brand that specializes in the development and manufacture of health products aimed at promoting overall well-being and vitality. Their main focus is to provide users with effective tools for health care and disease prevention. Sortiment includes a wide range of dietary supplements, vitamins and minerals that are carefully selected and formulated based on the latest scientific findings.
"We are very happy about the successful acquisition. NeraAgro strengthens its range of consumer cosmetics, which has so far been represented only by Solfatan sulphur-based baths. We believe that we will succeed in making the Diavita brand one of the leading players on the Czech market, but we would also like to enter foreign markets. A stronger product portfolio will make these planned steps much easier," says Jaroslav Antoš, Director of Communications at Greativity Group.
