The Markomat project, implemented by Absolook s.r.o., is an innovative initiative in the field of marketing automation. It aims to maximize the efficiency of marketing and communication campaigns while reducing their operational and administrative complexity.
The system offers solutions in a variety of areas, including customer database management, customer activity tracking, loyalty programs, discount and benefit programs, digital cards and many more.
Individual software modules are designed to meet the needs of both small businesses and large corporations. For small businesses, Markomat applications are provided as a self-service solution within the SaaS (software as a service) model, while for large enterprises a greater degree of customization is offered.
The Markomat project was supported by the European Regional Development Fund. The project, which ran from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2019, focused on creating a system capable of measuring the performance of marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring better competitiveness of businesses.
