Acquisitions 2017
VPMI holding
VPMI holding, s.r.o. is an innovative player in the field of materials engineering that emphasizes ecology and sustainable development in the construction industry. SThe company specializes in the development of advanced materials. It focuses on designing efficient applications that are easy to use, economical and environmentally friendly.
VPMI holding, s.r.o. was established in September 2017 and Greativity Group has been an integral part of the company since day one.
Brand VPMI holding represents two companies and two areas of research: Prago-Anorg is researching inorganic materials for radiation protection and nuclear radiation capture, while Betonext is looking for new materials and binders for the construction industry.
At the very beginning, there was collaboration on research into materials that shield dangerous ionising radiation. Karel Eminger and his team at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry of the CAS, the Research Centre Řež and the Department of Nuclear Reactors at the CTU have been working intensively on this topic from 2015 to 2019.
From this research and development, the idea scheme has been transferred to the field of building materials with the aim of replacing conventional binders in mortars without heat treatment, using waste raw materials and reducing the carbon footprint of the building binder to a minimum. This has been running since 2020 Green Binder Project.
Our mission is research and development: the Prago-Anorg is researching inorganic materials for radiation protection and nuclear radiation capture, the Betonext is looking for new materials and binders for the construction industry. Both topics are extremely topical today. The association with the Greativity Group allows us to stay focused on what we do best and to use resources that take care of other important areas - economics, sales and marketing.
Pavel Wenig
Managing Director
The world of construction is changing, and we want to be there. We see supporting the development of new technologies that will directly and positively impact the world our children grow up in as an important part of our company's mission. In this case, moreover, it's about recycling construction waste - a pressing issue that plagues the whole of Europe.
